FAQ's
Is there a skill limit or age range for the facility?
PEAK Performance Vault is an all-age, any skill-level facility. Everyone is welcome. Young children and minors are required to have parent/guardian supervision at all times.
Do I need an appointment for cage rentals?
No appointment needed — walk-ins are accepted. Cages are subject to availability, so appointments are recommended to ensure cage availability.
Do I need a membership to book hands-on lessons?
No. Memberships and lessons are separate services. However, a membership is encouraged for extra practice time in addition to lessons.
Can members bring guests?
Memberships are non-transferable. Guests may assist with "feeding" to a member but cannot participate in membership-specific activities without their own membership. Family and team bundles are available upon request. Groups wanting to share a cage may purchase a cage rental. Abuse of membership privileges may result in warnings, fees, or suspension.
Can I bring my own bats, golf clubs, and balls?
Yes. Personal items are your own responsibility — PEAK is not liable for damaged or lost items. See the "Personal Items" policy under the "Ground Rules" tab for more information.
Can I use wood or aluminum bats?
Both!
What is the limit of individuals for a cage rental?
Up to 4 individuals per cage. Groups of 5 or more are considered a team and are subject to Team Cage Rental pricing, which varies by age range, number of individuals, and other factors. Contact PEAK for a quote.
