Facility Rules
Please read and follow these important rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone: All Ages & Skill Levels Welcome We welcome individuals of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the facility. Please be considerate of others! Personal Equipment You are welcome to bring your own equipment; however, the facility is not responsible for any personal items brought in. Injury Disclaimer The facility is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the facility. All members and guests participate at their own risk. Parental Supervision Parental supervision of children is required at all times. The facility is not responsible for unattended children. Bats Both aluminum and wood bats are allowed for use at the facility. Prohibited Items: No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or drugs allowed on the premises. No alcoholic beverages allowed. No pets allowed in the facility. Facility Cleanliness: Please return all facility supplies to their proper locations when finished. Throw away your personal trash in the appropriate bins. Keep the facility clean and tidy for all guests. Turf and Equipment: No cleats allowed on the turf. No hanging on Batting Cage Nets. No gum allowed inside the facility. No food or beverages in the batting cages.
Personal Items Policy
At Peak Performance Vault, we strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for our customers. However, we are not liable for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or left behind on our premises. Please take care of your belongings while visiting us. Liability for Damaged Personal Items: We are not responsible for any personal items that are damaged while on our premises. Customers are encouraged to handle their personal belongings with care, as we do not offer compensation or assume liability for damages. Lost Personal Items: If you believe you have lost an item during your visit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to locate any lost items. Please note, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost personal items, but we will keep you informed if any are found. Claiming Lost Items: All lost items can be retrieved during our business hours. If you lose an item, please reach out promptly. Items will be held for a period of 7 days from the date they are found. After this period, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned. Abandoned Items: Any items not claimed within 7 days of being found will be disposed of or donated. We are not responsible for any items left behind that are not collected within this time frame. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Membership Policy & Guidelines
DEAR MEMBERS, We would like to remind you of the following important policies regarding memberships at our facility: Non-transferable Memberships Memberships are strictly for personal use and cannot be transferred to others. Guests A guest may be brought to assist with activities, such as pitching to a hitter or hitting to a pitcher. However, guests are not permitted to engage in other activities unless they have a valid membership. Family & Team Memberships We offer special membership bundles for families and teams. Please inquire with us for more details and pricing. Cage Rentals For those who wish to have multiple people hitting or using the facility, we offer cage rentals. Renting a cage allows unlimited use by those within the rented cage. Equipment Damage If a member or their accompanying guest damages any equipment, the member is responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacement. Abuse of Membership Members who are found to be abusing their membership privileges may face warnings, additional fees, and potential suspension of their membership. Agreement to Policies By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the membership policies, guidelines, and all facility rules. Payment & Appointment Policies
PAYMENT POLICIES: Payment Prior to Access Payment may be required before access to certain facility activities. This ensures that all usage is properly accounted for. Unpaid Usage Any usage of activities that have not been paid for must be settled before leaving the facility. Please ensure all charges are paid in full before departure. Damage Charges Any damage caused to the facility or its equipment by an individual will result in charges for repair or replacement. The responsible individual (or their membership holder) will be billed for these costs. Accepted Payment Methods We accept cash and payments through square (Most debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). You may also pre-pay for services using our website. Outstanding Balances Any outstanding balances must be settled before further use of the facility. Unpaid balances may restrict access to services or activities. APPOINTMENT POLICIES: Late Arrival If you are late to an appointment, you will still only receive the allotted time you were originally scheduled for. Late arrivals do not extend your session beyond the scheduled time. No-Show or Cancellation Fees A No-Show or failure to cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The No-Show Fee may vary depending on the individual coach for 1-on-1 lessons. Please contact your coach directly for specific fee information. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability. Booking Confirmation Your appointment is only confirmed after payment or a confirmation notice is received. Please ensure that your booking is finalized to guarantee your session time.
